90° INTAKE ANGLE

Segmented intake angle with secure watertight closing.

By use of the multiple positions galvanised metal bracket it can be used in heating installations as a water connection for Runtal or single-tube valves (38mm distance) and for Ventil units (50mm distance). It can also be used for plumbing installations if the angles are placed in the 1st and 4th position of the metal bracket, and the distance between the two is 153mm.

Installed from the wall, where by use of the nickel-plated coupling pipes and the white cap for radiator's supplies, an excellent aesthetic effect is achieved.

By using the intake angle for heating installations we can proceed with trouble-free replacement of a corroded unit.

Manufactured in two types:

1) 24x19 threading
2) Dimensions for plastic pipe 15x2.5 - 16x2.0 - 16x2.2 - 18x2.0 - 18x2.5.

CAP FOR RADIATOR'S SUPPLIES

Made of ABS, a material with high strength properties that is also used for visible components (e.g. electrical switches) due to the excellent aesthetic appeal it offers.

It is used to cover the water connections of the 90° angled intake.

Available in two types:

1) Double cover with a distance of 38mm between holes for Runtal or single-tube radiator valves.
2) Single cover for use with angled radiator valves. When two single covers are in contact the hole distance is 50mm and Ventil units can be used.

END CAP REDUCING SLEEVE OF INTAKE ANGLE

Auxiliary fittings for the 90° intake angle, which complete its operation.

By use of the end cap we achieve protection of the brass section from the plaster, even when testing the network, as the center of the end cap can easily be removed to insert the 1/2" testing cap.

By use of the reducing sleeve we can serve special markets that require, for additional safety, that the corrugated pipe enwrap a section of the anlge, so that in the event of leakage the water will flow to the distribution panel.

NICKEL-PLATED TUBE

Used to connect the 90° intake angle with the radiator water connections. Manufactured with 1/2" male threading, 15mm dimension and 150mm length.

PLUG FOR PLANT TEST

Manufactured in 1/2" male threading in blue and red color. Easily removed by use of an Allen wrench or screwdriver.
