PIPE ADAPTORS
Plastic pipe adaptor
They connect the pipes with the male threading of the manifold, and comprise three components:
1) Conic tail, which fits into the inner surface of the pipe. It is made watertight by an elastic EPDM ring and metal at the base of the valve.
2) Conical ring with two cones for proper tightening by the nut and conic tail.
3) Nut.
Tightening at the appropriate degrees on the conic sides of the three components provides a perfect watertight connection between the pipe and the male threading.
Manufactured with 24x19 and 3/4 threading for pipe dimensions 14x2.0 - 15x2.5 - 16x2.0 - 17x2.0 - 18x2.0 - 18x2.5 and 20x2.0.
Copper pipe adaptor
Copper pipe adaptors are manufactured for application on 24x19 and 3/4 threading. They are available in two types:
1) Metal ring and EPDM elastic lining for use with Ø15 and Ø16 copper pipe. The elastic lining enables a better fit with the copper pipe even in the event of ovality of the pipe.
2) Annealed metal ring for satisfactory tightening of the pipe; used with Ø15, Ø16, and Ø18 copper pipe.
FILL-DRAIN VALVE
Fitted on the manifold t-piece and made watertight by means of an elastic EPDM ring. By fitting a 3/4 rubber hose with a tightening ring on its nozzle we can fill or drain the installation. Operates by unscrewing the nut 2 turns, thus releasing the built-in valve. It can also be placed on the boiler and is manufactured with a 1/2 inch threading.
MANIFOLD "T"-PIECE
Revolves around its own axis enabling the installer to deaerate, fill or drain the installation. Made watertight by means of two elastic EPDM rings and manufactured in dimensions 1/2"'x 1"' x 1/2".
AUTOMATIC AIRVENT
Used for the automatic deaeration of closed loop heating installations. Maximum working temperature is 110°C with pressures up to 12 bar.
Placed at the highest point of the heating installation. Before placement, the installation should be rinsed well to prevent the accumulation of particles and impurities at the watertighting section of the automatic airvent, which could hinder its operation.
It is recommended that the airvent be installed with the non-return valve, which in the event of leakage of the automatic airvent would make cleaning easier without having to drain part of the installation.
The automatic airvent is manufactured in 3/8" and 1/2" dimensions, and the valve at 3/8x3/8, 1/2x3/8 and 1/2x1/2.
END CAPS - MANIFOLD COUPLINGS
These fittings are quick and easy to install, due to the EPDM elastic rings. The manifolds are perfectly watertight when fitted, while the free couplings make the connection to the manifold easier for the installer. The following products are available:
• Manifold end cap 1/2" , 3/4" , 1" and 1 1/4"
• Male-male 1" coupling
• Male-female 1" coupling
BRASS FITTINGS
Our company manufactures a full range of connection fittings for cross-linked polyethylene pipes. The following products are available:
• Male, female and connecting coupling
• Male, female and connecting elbow
• Male, female and connecting "T"
• Wall plate elbow
The above products comprise the following parts:
• Body with nozzle, into which the inner surface of the pipe is fitted.
• Ring with two cones to enable proper tightening of the nut and the body of the fitting.
• Nut.
Designed to fit perfectly with Como-pex and Como-pex Oxygen Barrier pipes, the fittings are manufactured with the proper threading. They are tightened by exerting minimal force and are perfectly watertight.
Available in 15x2.5 - 16x2.0 -16x2.2 - 18x2.0 - 18x2.5 - 20x2.0 - 22x3.0 - 28x3.0- 32x3.0 dimensions for plastic pipe.
Brass bar manifolds
Manufactured in 3/4", 1" and 1 1/4" sizes with 1/2" water connections. This is a product with low hardness, in order to prevent cracking.
Mini-ball valves
These valves are suitable for installation in single-hole manifolds and are checked for watertightness and functionality.
Available in dimensions of 15x2.5x1/2", 16x2.0x1/2", 16x2.2x1/2", 18x2.0x1/2", 18x2.5x1/2"
1/2" Male connector for plastic pipe
Male connectors comprise the following parts:
• Body with nozzle for fitting the pipe.
• Ring which is slit for a proper fit to the pipe and cone-shaped in order to be tightened by the nut.
• Elastic ring for watertighting the pipe on its outer diameter.
